What is free and what costs money

The tax calculator, payslip generator and invoice generator are free, with no usage limit. Building and previewing an invitation site is free too. The only thing you pay for is publishing an invite — a one-time amount per event, shown in full before you pay.

There is no subscription and no renewal. We have no mechanism to charge you a second time for the same event.

How long a published invite stays live

• Simple — 6 months
• Complete — 18 months
• Custom — 3 years

Measured from your event date. Need longer? Email us and we'll extend it free.

Refunds

Seven days, no questions asked. Reply to your receipt email within seven days of paying and you get the full amount back. We do not ask why. Refunds return through PayMongo to the account you paid from, usually within a few banking days.

After seven days, email us anyway — if something went genuinely wrong on our side, we will make it right.

Your content

Whatever you put on an invite — names, photos, messages — stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to host and display it on your invite page. You are responsible for having the right to use the photos and text you upload, and for what your invite says.

We may remove content that is unlawful, that impersonates someone, or that is used to deceive or harass. In practice this has one purpose: to stop the tool being used to hurt people.

The financial tools are aids, not advice

The tax calculator, payslip generator and invoice generator are computation aids. They are not tax, accounting, payroll or legal advice, and we are not your accountant.

Rates and contribution tables change. We update them, but verify anything you file or pay against the current BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG or DOLE issuances, or with your accountant. The invoice generator produces a billing document — it is not a BIR-registered official receipt, and does not replace one.

Availability

We aim to keep everything running, but this is a small independent operation and we do not promise uninterrupted service. If a published invite is unreachable for a meaningful stretch because of us, tell us and we will extend your hosting window or refund you.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Rotoms is limited to what you actually paid us for that event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
